Wix.com - Wix is an easy platform to use with no coding skills needed. Wix also includes the ability to secure your own domain name custom for your church. Similar to Squarespace, there are affordable pricing plans available as well as top notch customer support.

Nucleus - Nucleus is a one stop shop for everything digital for your church. With an integrated website builder, online giving, forms, and even a collection of photos and videos, Nucleus is the central hub of your church. Not only that, but it’s creator, Brady Shearer and the Pro Church Tools team are leaders and innovators in the arena of digital church tools.

Regardless of which website you use, your church should sign up for Google for Nonprofits. Google offers some of their best content for free to nonprofits. After going through the verification process and secure your domain name (example: hopechurch.com) either through your website provider or a place like GoDaddy.com, you receive a whole plethora of tools to help your church get started:

  • 30GB of Google Drive cloud storage

  • Google Ads credits to promote your church through Google.

Church Management Software

Planning Center - PCO is a set of online software products you can subscribe to individually or use together as a full church management system. From online giving to kids check-in, groups management to worship service planning, Planning Center’s suite of products can be used together or individually. There are even several free plans available.

Breeze - Breeze Church Management Software is a web based management software designed for small and medium sized churches. Similar to Planning Center, Breeze features online giving, groups management and event/child check-in.

FellowshipOne - Similar to the above companies, FellowshipOne provides your church with complete online church management. From accounting to online giving, worship planning to website design, FellowshipOne will help you increase efficiency with tools at your fingertips.

Church Community Builder - CCB is another church management software with many of the essentials included such as online giving and datebase management. It also includes the option of a church app through Pushpay.

Canva - Canva is an easy-to-use graphic design program and best of all, it’s free! Make illustrations, social media posts, even design your own logo if you want. Canva even offers their pro-version for free to non-profits. With so many options, this is a must-have for your church! You can create banners, any type of print material, and any logos or illustrations for your website. Their drag and drop approach makes it easy for anyone to use! They also feature a collection of photos and illustrations you can use to spice up your designs.

Creation Swap - Creation Swap is an online collection of church graphics, photos, and videos. With both free and premium content, there is something for everyone! From sermon series graphics to countdown timers to photos, this tool is invaluable to your church plant. Creation Swap even offers a similar platform to Canva called Live Swap where you can edit some of their templates or make your own!

Fiverr - Fiverr is an online marketplace where you can find a freelance graphic designer to design a logo and other elements for your church.
